The Kamm Lecture will be held for the 23rd time in 2015 with Dr. Mary Howard-Hamilton, the Raleigh Holmstedt Distinguished Professor in the Bayh College of Education at Indiana State University, serving as the keynote speaker. Howard-Hamilton has 37 years of experience in higher education and has published more than 90 articles and book chapters. She teaches in the Department of Educational Leadership - Higher Education Program at Indiana State.
